MT4 is a multi-function UV lamp, which uses LED technology for the light sources.
MT4 is powered by a built-in rechargeable battery, which can be charged by a standard USB charger (not included). This facilitates portable operation.
When a banknote or a security document is placed under the UV light, the hidden document UV security features will light up in visible bright colors, very easy to see for the human eye. Furthermore, you can switch on a white backlight panel which will help verify watermarks in banknotes and other documents.
At the top of MT4 there is an integrated magnifying glass, which is helpful for visual inspection of document micro printing and other small graphical details. MT4 also includes a magnetism sensor to check magnetic document security features.
Please note: Detection accuracy using UV lamps depends on the subjective decision of the operator.
MT4 is ideal for use at: small and large retail shops, gasoline stations, hotels, casinos, restaurants, bars, kiosks, passport and ticket control, etc.
